I have a 12" Powerbook and was wiping it down when I turned it around and saw this. Is this normal or is it time for me to call Apple? (Click for bigger size)

My PB looks nothing like that, I'd take that in an Apple store and get it checked out. Then again, it could be a warp problem but instead of it being in the front of the trackpad you might have it in the back. Either or, I'd get it checked out if I were you.

Eh, that looks absolutely damaged. Does it creak when adjusting the display angle? Have you tried pressing it back in place with some gentle force?

Strangely enough it works beautiful, no problem to the LCD, no creak, no problem opening and closing it. If I didn't visually see it, I wouldn't have guessed there was a problem.

Relax. It looks like you just opened the "snaps" that hold the back lid on. The only thing holding the lid on are the two Torx screws in the two lower corners of the LCD and snaps all the way around the screen. Not sure how you could have done that if you weren't meaning to take off the LCD lid. Anyway, with the PB in the closed position as you have it in the pictures, gently squeeze the edge of the lid to snap it back into place. Squeeze on both ends of the hinge and in the center. It should pop back into place. You can also try opening the PB and squeezing between the inside bottom of the LCD and the outer lid. If it doesn't snap back in and feels springy when you do this squeezing, one of the snaps could be broken, though I've never seen that happen. If this occurs, take it to an Apple store. They should be able to do something about it.

The back of my PowerBook doesn't look like that, either. Per Steve's suggestion, take it to an Apple Store.
