Can someone recommend an inexpensive DVD-RW to use with my 12" SuperDrive for backing up purposes?

from my experiences Memorex DVD-RW was useless.

TDK 2x DVD-RW has been pretty good to me (though u can only write -RW at 1x).

I hear Verbatim (happens to be the "Apple" brand from what I hear) is good too.

OK, I reopened this cuz I totally misunderstood the question. I thought it was asking about a drive, not media.

That said, I still think it's a good idea for people to shop around before they post. Forums aren't here to get others to do their homework for them!

P.S. Don't put your data at risk to save 50¢ on a disc. Buy good media. I know that Memorex DVD-RW discs work in the PB SuperDrives. That said, I doubt I'll ever get my money's worth, since I end up just using DVD-R instead, so I can keep historical backups. It's also a PITA to erase DVD-RW discs before reuse.
