And sometimes it wont work unless I really keep pressing it too hard. And also my letter u wont work either unless I press it on the side. any 1 knows how to fix it? And how do you clean your keyboard to remove finger marks? is it okay to put a water on a cloth? Thank You
If you have Applecare it would probably be best to send it back to Apple. If you want to clean it, a damp cloth should work fine. Just make sure that it isn't wet enough to drip water down into the keyboard's circuits.
I've had that kind of thing happen when something (crumbs, etc) get stuck under one of the keys. Try to blow it out either with your mouth (wow, that sounds bad) or a can of compressed air. That should do the trick.
