I just wanted to say that Apple support is superb! I made an order last night, and wanted to change it this morning, and the guy on the other end was super helpful, courteous, and helped me without a hitch. And then, there was some sort of problem with my Apple loan because of the change in my order, so i called them back up, and they took care of it no problem! My ibook 14" 933mhz will be shipping today, and once it arrives, i will be a new mac user. If the Apple products are anything like their customer support, I am going to LOVE my ibook.
I can't wait for it to show up!!!

wooohooo! i just checked the tracking status of my ibook, and as of 5:30pm today, it arrived at the FedEx ramp (im guessing at the airport). The estimated delivery from Apple's site is the 14th. I should be getting it sooner than that huh? im so exicted!!!

And despite their faults, apple does a lot of good stuff.

We are very welcoming. It's always nice to get new people moving to Mac and experienceing our joys.
Just be ready for your PC friends and others who will give you the EWWW you use a Mac attitude. You are/will be in the minority with your Mac just remember that. You will always have friends here on the Macnn forums.
