So since day one of buying this peice of junk ibook they call a computer. I have had issues with the hard drive over heating, hard drive dying and having to get it replaced, the ibook not going to sleep properly. I also had to send it in twice to get it repaired. Now that I have it back it still has the same issues, the case is warped, rubber feet are missing, they delivered it to the wrong address, and made me go hunting for it. I had to drive to where they miss delivered it to and pick it up, So if this is what they calls customer service and support I dont want it. I personally want to sell this ibook now and get out of this mac stuff. I love the OS but hate the construction of this ibook. And since now I cant sell it cause there are some cosmetic defects I am forced to send it back in to get it repaired again!!!! the third time. I can now finally say I HATE APPLE PRODUCTS

Sounds like you got a lemon. Why don't you ask for a replacement? Since this is the 3rd time going through this. Call Apple and don't take no for an answer.

How is it Apple's fault that the delivery was made to the wrong address?

Let Apple support know your continuous problems, I'm sure if your patient enough and stay calm and collective, they just might give you an option of exchanging your computer for a new one or even upgrading. Just stay calm, remember that the people your talking to are actually people so the less offensive you are the less defensive they are and eventually something good will come out of the whole ordeal. I wouldn't give up on Mac hardware just yet if I were you, but hey I'm not and you have your own reasons for things.
NOW YOU SEE ME! 2.4 MBP and 2.0 MBP (running ubuntu)

update:

Finally got apple to agree that the ibook is a lemon. They have supposedly made special agreements and are going to provide a switch. I am going to upgrade to a 12.1" powerbook. I just need to pay for the difference but the airport extreme card is going to be free. They basically wanted to to take the ibook back for another attempt, that was not going to happen. Depending on how the new powerbook comes will depend if I am going to like apple again. I have wasted about 5 hours on the phone talking to apple and having people call me back. So Now I need to wait for some paper work that I have to sign to get the replacement unit. Still kinda unsure if I am going to like apple's or not.

I wish your experience would have been better. I think you are in the minority though. I have owned 3 iBooks and along with various desktops over the past few years. I have had rock solid performace out of all of them. I'm glad they are going to give you AE for free.
