Funky Audio when you remove the headphone (XY cable)

	Hey, I power my Bose stero with my PowerBook by using the headphone out port, with some of thoes XY (i think thats what they called... the red/white). Well if I'm still playing music threw iTunes and turn off my stero and unplug the headphone cable the PowerBook it starts popping, like the output pauses and it can't play it well. ARG ITS IRRITATING. Anyone else have this problem? (its happening now and the only way I have found to fix it is to restart).
