I just switched from a PC and this will be my first Mac... but Im worried already. I just purchased a 12" Powerbook and Im extremely excited to get it but I also bought a HP printer with that impress for less rebate thing. I read the form after and it says.. quote.. "Education pricing and promotional offers supersede this offer" WHAT THE !? They listed the rebate ON the educational store website so I was wondering... did I just get a printer I didn't need?

I bought a printer using the rebate. What they meant is if a printer is offered from HP at an educational price, then you can't use the rebate as the educational price can't be rebated. In other words, a $399 printer, at a $319 educational price, can't be gotten for $319 - $99 = $220. It says on the printer desciption if the printer is educationally discounted, or if it qualifies for the rebate.
