Heads up!

Previous generation new 1 ghz 12" Powerbooks with superdrive are going for 1379.99 on Amazon.com (with 100 dollar mail rebate factored in).

No tax (except in North Dakota and Washington state)

no shipping charges.

Great catch! I just got the 1ghz with a combo drive refurbished from the Apple Store but of course I had to pay tax. The 1ghz combo after rebate goes for 1279 and tax free at amazon! Wish I had done that instead!
