i was wondering if there was aprogramlike synergy that allows you to use 1 mouse and 1 keyboard with 2 computers from apple to a pc with out beinng to us e a switch.
Dual 2.5 GHz PowerMac G5 1 gig ram, 160 gig HD, Wireless Card
128 mb Videocard Hooked up to 2 monitiors.

Formac Studio TVR
10" Powerbook 180 27.8 mb HD, 14 kb RAM 16 colors and a 3 1/2 disc drive.

1 gig RAM, External 160 GB Firewire drive @ 7200

Stolen: 15" 1.25 G4 Powerbook 80 GB @ 4200, SD,

You need a physical (or wireless) connection from keyboard/mouse to each computers.. so software won't cut it. Get a cheap USB KVM like the one I got, "Iogear 2 Port Compact USB KVM Switch" from TechDepot (OfficeDepot). I should note it has an audio port on it as well, but the audio really sucks when routed through it.

You can remotely work in Windows XP Professional from a Macintosh using a single mouse and keyboard set:
