Max RAM on a powerbook g3 wallstreet?

Anyone know what I would need to get the max ram on this notebook? is 512MB possible?

512MB is the max... HOWEVER, it has to be PC-100 LOWER density SODIMMs, the same kind used in the 233, 266, and 333MHz tray loading iMacs, and they're getting hard to find.

You can, of course, use PC133 DIMMs as well. They'll just run at 100 MHz instead of 133 MHz.

Not from my experience, it'll see most 133MHz chips, but only at half their actual size (a 256MB module will be seen as a 128). There were a few lower density PC133 SODIMMs, but they are rarer than the PC100s.
This doesn't affect Lombards and Pismos, just the Wallstreet.
