I bought my Linksys wireless b broad band router, And i connected it through my cable modem. The airport card reads it, And Connects to the network.
However, I am unable to connect to the internet, I do not know why

I called apple, They said linksys was supposed to help me, Then i Called linksys and they said they provide no apple support. I am basically getting tossed around, Yes i called comcast(cable modem provider) As well and they told me the same thing

Have you tried connecting the iBook directly to the cable modem to see if the modem worked?

can you connect to the internet if you wire in to the router?

might want to give that a try and then go into the router address.

Or at least the representative

First I got placed with a women From Delhi India, She did not know jack squat, And she was in a rush to get me off the line like she had something else to do !


Second time I decided to call to see if someone who could speak better english and could understand it would take my call, The lady had some personal experience with Mac Os x and set me up right away
