anyone know how i can remove a trusted airport network? i keep getting put on my neighbors network because i was borrowing theirs while my cable was being repaired.

it will join what ever you have selected in the Network preference pane, under Airport tab. The best way to ensure you don't get back on a network is to "join a specific network" then select the one you'd rather go on; or, if you're not using airport at all any more, just disable the airport interface in "Network Port Configurations" option of the "Show" drop down menu.

If it's password-protected, you could try deleting the item from your keychain.

well that works sort of, the problem is i have 2 networks, 1 on each side of the house (we have one of those wide and short houses) i think the reason it joins that network is because it has better network range, but the internet is slower than dial-up.
