Are BTO possible at non-Apple store?

I was curious if a store like Costco or any electronic store does a BTO on the powerbook? I really would like to purchase from a place that offers at least a 30 day $$$-back gaurantee policy. 14 days seems relatively short to be aware of problems that could cost you $2600 bucks.
Am I ready for the Mac? I want a 60G iPod!!!!!
