Installed the update. Rebooted. Now my laptop does not detect my airport card. Always like these updates.

Update worked just fine on my PB. I don't notice any improvement or decrease in performance.

The most pressing question is whether it solved the problems with PB's with more than 1gb of RAM.

Well I got the card to show back up, but now it's not picking up the two wireless signals at work, so something it still up with my laptop.
Update:
Well after reseated the card about 4 or 5 times, it now shows up and picks up the wireless networks, so all seems well for now.

Supposedly it has fixed this.

I installed the update last night, and I my 1GB RAM module arrived this morning. I installed it and so far no problems. My wireless connection appears to be the same signal strength, and I am not experiencing any connection drops.
If someone knows how I can better troubleshoot this problem, I'd be happy to do it.
So far, though, it appears to be fixed.

Hmm...
Before this update, I'd had no problems at all with my AirPort card in my 15" AlBook.
After the update, my AirPort card stops talking to my router every now and then. I have to turn AirPort off from the menu item and turn it back on to regain connectivity.
WTF??

I like to be up-to-date, that's why I updated. And I'm in no need of lessons, thankyouverymuch.

To properly test it i would try sending a very large (maybe 1-2 GB of data) to another computer over your network. the problem usually happened when their was very heavy network activity.
