I found this ad for dreamweaver in my MacAddict mag. It has a picture of a powerbook in it that has the warped LCD. I'm surprised they didn't get a PB with a good LCD or at least try to make it look better.

I think it's OK. Macromedia's not advertising the computer and unfortunately most, if not all, of the 15" Al PowerBooks have this anomaly.

Well spotted, though.

the lid on mine bows up a tiny bit on the right hand side too...and it doesnt close snug with the base so that when you pick the PB up the lid clonks onto the base. Little annoying but all PBs i've seen arent perfect. assuming its normal

dammit, I've just looked more closely at mine and realised the left-hand side sits a couple of mm higher off the bottom case than the right. I'm torn between "it's not perfect any more" and "pff, it still works, doesn't it?"
