***Check my last post for update***
What i mean is the actual LCD inside the casing... I can see that mine seems to be tilted a bit. You can tell by checking the dark area surrounding your LCD.
here's a small illustration:
It should supposedly be like this | | but instead it's like this / /
Of course it's not that drastic, a tilt of about the size of 2-3 pixels? I've had the computer for over a week and did not even notice it till earlier today when i was cleaning it.
So does yours have this slight tilt? If not, should i bother taking it to the apple store and exchanging it?

Mine (Rev C 12") is dead center. Horizontally as well as vertically. No tilt. (It has 1 1/2 dead pixels though...)
If you're near an AppleStore you could go there and have them have a look into it. But I doubt they would or could do anything about it. Unless your LCD starts moving inside the casing (i.e. is no longer properly mounted) I wouldn't be worried.

Mine is slightly crooked- top right hand corner is about 0.7mm lower than the left. Doesn't really bother me though.

Mine is as close to perfect as you could possibly expect. 2 pixels out?? If I look really, really hard, maybe 2 pixels off in the upper right corner. But 2 or 3 pixels is about one-quarter of 1%--that couldn't possibly bother anyone and has to be about as close as you could expect on even the finest quality consumer goods (probably better than fit and finish on a top of the line BMW or Lexus).

I've had the Rev C for a month and a half, and my LCD is dead center, inside the casing and around the entire viewing area.
I don't think one or two pixels should even be noticeable unless you're looking very hard. But then again, if you're looking that hard, its possible your eyes are playing tricks with your preceived field of vision.

Well i went to the apple store and they replaced it after looking at the tilt... the replacement was *BRAND NEW*, i opened it myself and it had two scratches on the latch button and some black spot that would not come off on the lcd hinge, not to mention that it ALSO had the tilt.
Needless to say i asked them if i could have a different one and they refused, saying "We can't keep opening boxes for you and none of them will be perfect.".
So i just asked them for mine back, which after going through the hands of 3-4 apple employees comes back to me with two scratches on the lid that weren't there before. I tell the guy about the scratches and he tells me that the laptop was put in the box and nothing happened to it. Which is not true since the idiotic cashier chick dropped my laptop on her desk while she was turning it upside down for no reason at all.
I told him to just forget about it and left since i did not feel like dealing with it anymore after being in their store for like 2 hours, which happened to be hot as hell since they were too cheap to turn on the AC.

That sucks, but don't let cosmetic issues keep you from enjoying your 'book. Are there any other Apple stores around you, you might wanna try for another one at another store.

I'm in NYC and i believe there is only one store in all of New York.
I'm just going to live with the defects, i don't feel like dealing with anymore crap from this company, specially since i'll most likely just get another machine with defects which they'll consider within specs(They considered my tilt within spec, but exchanged it just to get it over with quickly i guess).
This will be my last Apple purchase though, unless they manage to improve their quality. I don't think it's fair for me to pay almost $1,800 bucks for something that comes with defects which the company just considers "within specs". All of my IBM Thinkpads came "Perfect" from the factory. I'll make sure IBM gets my money next time.

Well, i called the Apple store today and asked to speak to a manager, after a short hold i was on the phone with him. I proceeded to explain the situation, he was very nice and understanding and told me to come into the store and ask for him and that he would give me a new machine.
I showed up at the store later today and found him, he asked if i had my machine with me, i said yes and he said he would be right back with my machine... two minutes pass and he's back with a new machine in its box, opens it and hands me the machine and tells me to see if i want that one.
I took the machine out of that paper-plastic wrap and give it a look over, no scratches, black spots or anything of the sort, machine is physically flawless and the keyboard feels as well as the whole machine just feels much more solid. I now turn the machine on and it's like i saw god shine upon me, it's the light of a perfectly centered screen hitting me.
I tell the manager i'll take this one, he says great and smiles. I go over to the register(I don't let it leave my hands this time) where they proceed to register the new machine to me and then offer me a free data transfer(very nice), which i reject since it will take 24 hours and i just don't want to leave my machine in apple's care again, since i finally got a perfect one and don't want it coming back with a dent or something.
Manager and i then shake hands, i say thank you etc, then i leave.
Dealing with the manager was a great experience and completely hassle free.
So if you ever have a problem that the geniuses can't resolve, I suggest you take it to management.
Thanks to this manager, Apple has another satisfied customer.
Now if they could just find me a Green Ipod mini.
