I really hope I'm imagining this but when sitting in a dimly-lit room and a small bug's attracted to the LCD it looks as if they fly into the screen, become disoriented and then fall down into the hinge area where there are open vents. A few times now, I don't think I've seen the bug re-emerge.

It's hot around that area and I hope they're not getting fried and then crawling inside my PowerBook to die!

Anyone else noticed this? Should I be concerned about a short circuit?

We really weren't supposed to say anything, but I guess we can tell you.

At WWDC, Steve Jobs will announce another addition to iLife, called:

iZapper.

The software turns the LCD of your Powerbook a bright blue, and attracts bugs to it where they are killed and fall down into the vents.

It will be free with all new Powerbooks.

Thought so, "It's not a bug, it's a feature."
