Hey people...

This may sound silly, but is there an 'Insert' key, or equivilent on my iBook. I know there is no delete key, but I can delete by pressing 'fn+backspace' can I do anything similar forthe 'Insert' key...

Macs don't have Insert keys at all. That key, on a Mac, is the Help key. In most applications, the same function can be activated by Command-?.
