Hi,

That's the question - have any of you rev a owners bought the new battery?

Is there improved battery life? It would be great if there was, and I would be willing to have that over some of the performance improvements of the newer machines.

Please let me know,
Thanks

Hi,

I just checked my battery so I'm not sure, but I believe that my rev a. 1ghz uses a 55 watt battery. I know that yours and the new ones are 58 watt.

I'm just trying to squeeze as much life out of my 1ghz as possible.

Thanks!

Ah, that may be it. Maybe they switched the battery between 1 GHz and 1.33 GHz. Give it a shot, I'm sure it will work no problems.

they only switched the battery because the processer uses more electricity cause its faster it won't make a big difference though.
