I am looking forward to Edge technology soon to be available from ATT/Cingular, highspeed data transfer to phones, can I use this with my powerbook?? Please say yes ! (but only if it's true)

Don't have the answer, but if you will go to Yahoo groups and check out Maccellphone group, you will get all the answers you need. Just do a search for your phone, etc. Lots going on there! Good luck!

But presumably yes. GPRS certainly works -- it's just obscenely expensive.
