Help decipher system log error on Rev A PB 17in 10.3.4

The system log is below. The symptoms are as follows:

1) Screen flickers on boot and flashes lines
2) After being powered off for a while display will not turn on (restart usually fixes it)
3) If left on there are no issues

Jul 18 04:14:35 localhost kernel: [HCIController][start]
Jul 18 04:14:35 localhost kernel: PB5_1_PlatformMonitor::registerConSensor - type 2, csi 5, subsi 0
