I have been a dedicated Apple user for a long time. I own a Performa 6400 (200mhz), a Powerbook 3400,a G4 450mhz tower, a 15" Flat Panel iMac (the wife's), a 12" Powerbook (the wife's), a 15" 1.5ghz Powerbook (son's) and yesterday, at the Apple store in Richmond, VA, we welcomed another new 15" 1.5 ghz machine into the family. I debated buying a 17" but inthe end, I just felt for everyday back and forth to school, the 15 was more practicaly for me.
I want to thankall the regulars on MacNN...I have read and enjoyed all the Powerbook trials and tribulations of many of you for several years. I read the Marketplace, the A/V, the Art & Design and the Powerbok forums REGULARLY. I have picked up many tips, many shortcuts, and many things I needed to look at when buying a machine....(warped screens, whitespots, battery life, paint chips, heat, bluetooth configs, etc...) This is a GREAT resource and should be required reading for Mac Users.....
Thanks again to the regulars (tooki, iREZ,olePigeon,Demonhood, vmark to name just a Very few that I respect...)
