Anyone know of a place that has the 1.33Ghz 12" w/80Gb 5400rpm drive in stock and ready to ship? Smalldog looks like it needs to place the order and Powermax doesn't look like it has this configuration for some reason..

Agreed... what's wrong with Apple?

Just configured one BTO for fun... shipping in 1-3 Bus. Days.

Smalldog & Apple are nearly it for BTO... take yer pick.

One word: taxes.

That and I'm a wee bit miffed at Apple at the moment (2.5Ghz G5 shipping in July my butt) so I'd rather support a reseller.

Yeah, no crap. But at least some of it will go to the reseller which wouldn't happen if I ordered through AppleStore.com.
