I'll be attendind college in the fall to major in New Media Design, so I knew I needed an Apple of some sort and I'm proud to say that I'm the new owner of a 15" Powerbook G4 1.33, with 512 RAM, and backlit keyboard (for those dark nights in the dorm room). Anyhow, I've been a Windows owner all my life and OSX is like a breath of fresh air, and the thought shown in the design of this laptop is awe-inspiring. Anyways, I just thought I'd announce you have a new member, and I hope to see you guys around.

Congrats on adopting your new Aluminum 15" baby. You will love the ease of installing and removing unwanted pieces of software without the trouble of "uninstalling" software that never really removes itself like the Windows platform does.
One thing, I wouldn't post pictures of filesharing Photoshop CS. That some serious software pirating. Keep that on the D L.

Are those cracks that I spy on your desktop? If so, why anyone would want to fill their new Mac up with potentially harmful applications beats me. You're a Powerbook owner now, not a PC owner!!

I'm also sure ganymededesigns won't be too happy with you if Adobe see that picture...

Welcome to the community You will love the attention to detail ... I now understand why PC Users use their machines, while Mac Users love and worship their machines. The Laptop led to an iPod sale for apple, not the other way around and I think I'm slowly turning into a fanboy .. I only boot up my xp box when i want to play pc online games =P
