Hi,

Based on a different thread, there was a person who had 490+ posts before purchasing their first Mac.

Considering how great the MacNN community is, you can find many people here who hang out here even though they may not own a mac, yet.

My situation:
50+ posts & 2 years before I got my Mac. I couldn't afford a Mac until then.

i made a LOT of posts about macs. comments, questions, etc etc..
this entire forum(s) thing is what made my transition from PC to Mac to smooth. i know most of the hurdles already long before i got my PB. almost no surprises, except the fun little things that XP will never give you.

well i already had an iMac 400 Mhz before i registered. Now i'm looking for a new Powerbook so in that case i have <100 posts till my next Mac purchse.
