Yes, I believe this is the same hard disk I installed in my Pismo. Here's an Installation Guide . I'm not much of a hardware person, but I found this pretty easy...just nerve wracking.

A Pismo can accept any 2.5" ATA drive ever made (it won't support drives bigger than 137GB, though, so all current drives are supported, but eventually too-large ones will be made).
