I was wondering if it was possible to have the internal bluetooth installed by Apple? I have a 1.07ghz 12" iBook G4. I know I could get the external D-link adaptor, but would much rather an internal one.

No as of right now Apple does not sell the Internal blue tooth adapter as a add-on item. If you ask a Tech at one of the Apple stores they might say they have a part number for it, but they are only allowed to order it for replacement parts. If they order one they have to ship the bad one back.

And I am not aware of any third party internal bluetooth adapters
Quicksilver 867, 700mhz iBook, 1st Gen iPod, iSight, Newton 2100, and a 128k Mac. All operating and used on a constant Basis
