Yes, I know the manual shows you how to do it. But I've never touched the inside of a computer before, and of course, I am a little scared. I have a couple of questions:

"Detach the antenna"
1. What is the antenna on the airport extreme card?
2. What kind of screwdrivers would I need for the install?

Any other tips for a RAM newbie??

1. it's the wire connected to the card, pops right off.
2. small philips head

Not for nothing, but this is probably the easiest computer upgrade you can possibly do. Just pop off the keyboard and follow the diagram.
