It's because Crucial is out of stock and I need something pretty quick (sister is leaving in 2 weeks)

It's definitely respectable on the PC side of things, and seeing as how they are the same modlues I'd say go for it. Actually I just ordered 1gb of pc2700 tonight for my PB from newegg for $201 (pc2100 is the same price). I've never had a problem with them in the PC's I've built for friends/family. They are a respectable brand so I'd say go for it. Good value/money too!

I'll let you know how my stuff goes when I get it if you're still debating...
