i just got my powerbook yesterday, and have been playing with it since...

yesterday the battery stayed at 99%-100& the whole times because it was on the plug, but today, it sits on the plug and won't go past 95%...even if it is just sitting there and im not doing anything...is this normal? the light on the end of the plug is green, meaning the charge is done right?

it's normal. If you unplug the power supply and use the battery, it will drop below 95% which is the magic number for the battery charger to begin to restore full charge.

Like Orion said, it's perfectly normal. Mine stays plugged almost all the time and the charge indicator varies from 95 to 99%.
