I'm on my second PowerBook, and 4th keyboard. I had three different keyboards on my first PB. They all had problems where the bottom left row of keys (fn-command) always seemed like the bottom stuck down, then pop back up. On one of the keyboards, the right side was warped (sticking up quite a bit higher than the rest).

Now I'm on my second 15" Albook, and I have the same problems on the bottom rows of keys. From what the genius said, the main thing holding down the keybaords is double sided tape.

I'm not even sure if I should bother sending it in again.

It's a design flaw that you won't be able to get perfect. I use a credit card every once and a while to press down on the tape to seal it again. After a while it stays down.
