I know pretty much all DDR modules should work in the iBook without a problem, although are there any that don't work for some strange reason? I've also noticed that some of these are bigger then others, is there any size restriction?

I was going to get some of this for my 1Ghz iBook as $85 for 512mb is a pretty decent deal.

Shouldn't be any problems, but does anyone have any expierence?

Assuming you have a G4 1Ghz iBook, the optimum memory for your system would be PC2100, not PC2700
iMac 500Mhz Special edition, 12" iBook
G4 1Ghz.

No assuming needed, he specifically says he has a 1GHz machine so in my book getting PC2700 is more of a deal, considering the iBook seems to be following the tracks of the PB, then later on he/she wont have to upgrade RAM again incase they upgrade their book because of faster bus speeds. That RAM is fine and you wont notice the difference between that stick and a stick of PC2100, and if your freaking out about it then hit me up with a private message and I'll sell you the stick I have (512MB PC2100 from Crucial w/lifetime warranty, not using it cause I got a great deal on a 1GB PC2700 chip) for a little less then what you see on that site.
