it does not work,but i don't know why.when I press command or space key separately,they all work. after restarting the computer,the problem is always existing.

Double-check that you have this feature activated, in System Preferences > International > Input Menu > Options... > Input Menu Shortcuts.

Actually, the only option there is whether or not to allow command + option + space to step through all items in the menu. Command + space should work regardless.
