I have upgraded my PB 15" 1,5 GHZ with 7200 RPM hitachi 7k60 HD. I've made some tests with Xbench and HD score was around 70. All my friends who have also made this upgrade have score around 90. How is this possible. All the tests were made in compeltely the same conditions with identical PBs.

Forget about XBench. How does the system feel? I ordered this drive yesterday! Where can I find some take apart instructions in English?

The system feels Ok but i'm still wondering what is the reason for the difference. I took my PB to local reseller to replace the disk.

Have a look at this thread HERE (the last post is mine) for info on replacing the hard drive.
