Netgear GearBox 802.11b Wireless Broadband Router

Has anyone used this router with a g3 ibook and 802.11b airport card . . . how well did it work?

I have a netgear MR314 router and the 802.11b card -it doesn't work all that well. BUT - it's used with a Dell Inspiron 5100 and not an iBook.
