It's back up.

Just the ibook and low end Powermac update as mentioned on Mac Rumors by the looks of it.

Surely this must mean that a new powerbook line is in the pipes and very very close to emerging?

I mean you can't have your consumer and pro-user level lines so close together. Especially not in the run-up to chrimbo.

Yup. There is very little difference--certainly not $600 difference-- between the iBooks and the 12" Powerbooks right now.
