This is just a meaningless post to say I bought a new iBook! But I don't have it yet...I ordered it yesterday so with Apple's shipping estimation time at 1-3 days, I hope I will have it by next weekend. I'm soooo excited!!!

I got the 12" model, with no extras, just stock. I figure I'll max out the ram with the money I saved and get a nice sleeve and maybe a new printer. I'm so excited! This is my first portable and my first new Mac in six years.

I'll post pics as soon as it arrives!

Congrats. You're coming from the original Bondi iMac, I take it? You'll notice a small speed increase.

Yeah...it would be weird...

Dude! I got my new Mondo PC notebook! It was only $599 but it weighs only nine pounds and the battery life is a whopping 1/2 hour! Integrated video rulez! Trackpoints are the best! I can't wait for my first critical Windows Update!

Oh...sorry...wrong message board.

Well, congrats AleroLeanne! Wasn't it worth waiting a little while after all? Anyway, tell us when you've got it!

With things the way they are now, I wouldn't be suprised if new Dell notebooks came with Ultimate Spyware™ v2.0 already installed.
