iBook G4 command key problems...

The command and enter keys on the bottom right of my sister's 12" iBook were acting like they were stuck, so I took off the keys and tried to replace them. I got the enter key back on but it still seems like it's stuck, and I can't get the command key back on at all. How should I go about fixing or replacing this key?
