So I guess I never really got my 1.33 GHz 15" all worked up. Last night I was working with numerous CPU intensive apps, and I hard an obnocious buzzing all of a sudden. At first I thought my hard drive was read/writing an extreme amount. You know the noise... Like when your in the process of installing an OS, or just extremely heavy disk reading and writing. Well, it wasn't that. It was a fan! I know normal fan noises, and I don't believe this is one of them. It almost sounded like something touching a fan, (a wire resting on top, or an obstruction touching the blade. Has anyone had this experience? or are the fans just that loud when you get your machine all huffy and puffy? If its not normal what is your recommendation?

-Thanks,

Chris

if the problem is persistent and your machine is still under warranty/AppleCare, send it in asap.
