On my 12" DVI PowerBook, I've noticed that the trackpad button is not only not fully level with the case (crooked), but also that when I hold it down to drag an item around, it sometimes "unclicks" while I'm dragging. This makes file management and image processing extremely annoying when I don't have a mouse. Does anyone have the same problems?

What's happened to Apple quality?

a fluky track pad doesn't mean apple quality has vanished

call them, tell them, and odds are you can get it fixed
they may even be able to do it in house at an apple store

Well, I don't think it will qualify as "broken" enough to warrant a repair, but I'm just saying it's annoying; it feels flaky. To me at least, the level of fit and finish doesn't feel as high anymore.
