Is it possible to use a wireless card other than apples airport card in a pismo

If you want to use the internal airport slot, the Sony Vaio 802.11b Wireless cards are compatible (they're the same card).

If you're using 10.3 or at least any version of Airport software bigger then 3.1, any Broadcom-based 802.11g PCMCIA card will give you Airport Extreme (Belkin, BuffaloTech, etc.)
