I first started out on the Amiga doing Lightwave with the Toaster. When NewTek finally seperated it from the Toaster and Commodore died I well fell to the dark side. I bought a Micron Pentium 133 Mhz. Well wanting to some printing I found out that they look at you real weird like when you ask do you have that software for the PC. (highend dye subs usually only came with Mac drivers) Finally having a $15k printer found that I needed to switch to the Mac. Big Mistake I bought a UMAX Mac Clone, what a piece of ****, it crashed more than any Wintell box ever made. Finally I dumped it and bought as a last ditch effort a G3 350Mhz real Mac APPLE. I now have had a dual G5 for about as year and plan on keeping it for 2 more years till the dual core G6 comes out. This machine just flat out ROCKS worth every penny. I now use it for my Photo studio. I shoot medium format CONTAX 645 w a digital back. Man these images shine. I'm a happy camper. Now I wish I was 20 years younger
If these G5 Macs are this good...I wonder what God uses
