Dropped my 1.5 GHZ Pb from about 4 inches onto a wood floor yesterday, just rebooted today after working last night and the bluetooth says "not available" i was thtinking that something worked it's way loose? If this is possible is there a link to let me know where the bluetooth module is and how i can check it, or if there is something else I'm missing like maybe repairing permissions? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance...

Do you know gorickey? If not, should contact the admins as that name is taken (though the capitalization is slightly different).

This is a computer-generated message and needs no signature.

Found the problem...

When the powerbook completly drains sometimes the bluetooth module will stop working. If you powerdown, disconnect all the usb, firewire etc... and then hold down cntrl+apple+shift and hit the power button, then reset the pram with option+apple+p+r and let it start up it should work... just a FYI...

thanks

Actually doesn't one need to hold the key combination till the second chime is heard in order to reset their PRAM?
