ok.so about 2 weeks ago my ibook froze.i turned it off and back on. the display looked like i was trying to watch scrambled porn on the tv. it did that a few times.than it just went out.and now if i leave it in the car over night (it being cold out and all) it will sometimes work for about 30 minutes. anyone have a clue what is happening.

Sounds a lot like the classic iBook display program. Call Apple ASAP, as the program ends in two days.
