Well, it's out. Post specs, problems, no problems.
12" 1.33GHz
768MB RAM
80GB HD 5400 rpm
current problems: Bluetooth input devices behave erratically (latest firmware updates.) Will post update.
---
Everything seems peachy. Safari doesn't crap out anymore, but it still has a delay. Alas.
Call of Duty: United Offensive is pretty smooth. I like it better 'n BF1942!

I have no bluetooth input issues on 10.3.7. I am always using an Apple bluetooth wireless mouse and it behaves the same as it did in 10.3.6 and 10.3.5 and so on.

Has anyone seen a Safari performance increase. I have not seen that problem with loading web pages twice. So far so good.
PowerBook 800 DVI model.

No problems thus far and 90% of the *cough, cough* reviews at Versiontracker are fully positive as well for the little that it's worth.

10.3.7 seems to have taken care of the problem on Safari of having to refresh a webpage when loading it..to get it to load... still a slight delay but at least you don't have to "refresh" to get a new page to load.

I started the 10.3.7 thread, oh well......seems like this is the one everyone is responding to. No problems so far and thank god Halo still runs well, but I don't see any real improvements. All in all, seems like a solid update.

Installed it this morning--no problems so far, about four hours later. It has definitely fixed the DNS bug for me as well, though Safari seems to have more random slow-downs when scrolling and accessing menus than it did before. I'm pretty low on RAM though, so it might not be the update's fault.

I'm seeing significant improvements to Expose speed on my machine, most likely thanks to the ATI driver improvements.
See below for specs.

So am I, it used to be quite jerky, but now it is nearly perfectly smooth.

Try deleting all of your autofill entries. If find if a website has alot of autofill entries, that site will just beahcball at random points. It is really irritating and Apple really needs to get it fixed. Clearing out the autofill always temporarily clears it up (no pun intended) for a couple of months until the autofill is too full for Safari to handle again.

I was very careful in updating my powerbook, AL 15 1.25 I used the download from the Apple site. My book has run flawlessly through all updates except this one. When I boot, connected to my WIN 2000 LAN, I get a much longer login and spinning beachball. The Finder menue bar loads without the grey background until all of a sudden the login completes and all is well. would running Disk Warrior, Tech Tool or Disk Utility straighten out the Finder?

After reading various threads at Apple support, I created a new location in Network settings, making sure that my IPv4 was set to DHCP, IPv6 configured to automatic and specific DNS entries were deleted. Re-booted and Finder and speed of browsing are better than 10.3.6.
