What is the difference between the M9422ZH/a vs M9422LL/A. Both are 15" SuperDrive PBs, but I am in Dubai and the ZH one is what I can get here. I know it has an English/Arabic keyboard. Is that the only difference?

Anyone know?

I know that the 'Z' designation is used internationally. Mac OS 9 used to have a 'Z' in the version number for the international (UK) build (i.e. 9.2.2Z)
