I own a iBook 800MHz PowerPC G3 Processor. It cannot boot up to OS X anymore. The last time I did on it was transferring a load of pictures from cd to iPhoto. When I turn it on, I hear the chime, and I see the gray apple on the white background pop up. Then the OS X logo pops up but the loading time is shorter than usual and the marquee that displays the things loading seems to be missing a few things. After that, All I see is a blank blue screen with no icons and no "Finder". And I have misplaced the discs that came with it. Is there a way I can boot it up to normal without the disc? Or if i REALLY need
them, would it be advantageous to buy OS X Panther and try to load it up that way? Anyway, could anyone help me out. I would
throughly appreciate it
