Can someone help me find specificaitons for the PPC 7410?

I am looking for specifications (like bus speeds suported) from a credible source (preferably IBM or Motorola).

I'd apprecaite anyone's help.

Remember: PowerPC product names always start with MPCXXXX where the XXXX is the number like 7400, 7410, etc. This only counts for Motorolo CPUs tough, not for IBM-made CPUs.

If you need info on other types just type MPCXXXX in google.
