Question to Apple support or Mac guru who knows: Is it save to run PowerBook G4 Al on the HIGH CPU performance for weeks, when fans never shutdown and CPU temperature is between 62C-64.5C?
And is it save to turn off CPU nap in the Control Panel-->Hardware?
Just have to run few Macs to render movie for few weeks, so, is it safe to do it on PowerBook as well, or I have to use desktop only?

You'd be safe in doing so...just keep your 'book well ventilated. You would be doing some extreme work to your CPU and HD but that's why you bought a PBook and not an iBook.
NOW YOU SEE ME! 2.4 MBP and 2.0 MBP (running ubuntu)

Maybe you should get a cooling stand to optimize PB cooling ...
