My Powerbook recently died on me and I purchased a 12" G4 iBook to replace it. Does anyone know if it is possible to use the Pismo's LCD as a stand-alone external LCD display? I am using my roomates old 17" Gateway monitor right now but it takes up a lot of desk space and has a yellow/green tint. The Pismo LCD was working great last time it booted up and had virtually no dead pixels. Any help would be appreciated.

No. That is not possible unless your dead Pismo was working and had some sort of video input, which it doesn't.

Sorry.
